Recruitment is our core business. It includes executive teams and all middle management, as well as essential and rare skills. Our approach is based on a thorough understanding of our clients’ needs. At the same time, we assess each candidate’s potential, desires and motivations, and ensure that they are a good match for the company. We will bring out the best in everyone. We are committed to providing the best possible service for both parties. We make it our mission to fully understand each organisation and the wishes of each candidate. To achieve this, we work closely with the operational departments and entities, the Human Resources Department and General Management to determine the profile sought, the ‘hunting’ and ‘sourcing’ strategy and the timeframe for the search.

We anticipate needs by monitoring a vast network of candidates, their potential and careers. We make every effort for an identified position with precision and purpose. We maintain an active and proactive watch on defined targets, and we make proposals based on our observations.

Valtalis consultants are supported in the recruitment process by in-house researchers who are experts in direct approach techniques. We take an interactive and participative approach to all our direct approach activities, which is the cornerstone of executive search recruitment.

We conduct in-depth interviews. We analyse the skills and human qualities sought, as well as the ability to adapt to corporate cultures. Every new employee needs to develop their full potential and be a driving force for change. By doing so, their personal satisfaction over the long term can be recognised and rewarded. We will quickly present a shortlist with an in-depth analysis of each candidate and our recommendations. We will support and organise the interview and debriefing process. We also assist our clients in the selection and negotiation process, right through to the drafting of the salary proposal. As a true partner to our clients, we provide them with the market information, difficulties encountered, trends and salary positioning.

We are fully committed to our recommendations. Furthermore, we follow up our clients and our candidates well beyond the guarantee periods and remain on the lookout to fulfil our obligations as consultants.

We are ready to be mobilised for large-scale campaigns on a delegated basis and/or as a back-up force. We can also set up customised or pooled RPOs if required.

We work on a daily basis to recruit members of management committees such as Sales Directors, Marketing Directors, CFOs, Industrial Directors, Supply Chain Directors, and IT Directors. We work with a wide range of managing professionals, including profit centre managers, business managers, program and project directors, and business, functional or technical experts.
